If it will benefit the situation, I'm is not afraid to dress as a boy in common clothes though. If on an assassination job, I wears dark clothing that covers her skin and a cloak with a hood.

History:
You've heard of the Matsumoto family, right? No? Strange, we're a pretty well known family, our history stretches all the way back to before the elves arrived at Amber Stone! At least if the old family manuscripts are to be believed. Anyways! Our family has this really old tradition in which children born with a birthmark in the shape of a eight-pointed star are given two names: Our Elven one, and a human one. (in case you couldn't tell, my Elven name is Amaya Matsumoto, and my human one is Elizabeth Morningstar). 'Morningstars', as we're called, always end up having mystical powers, usually some form of Clairvoyance. When Mitsu and I were born however, our family was surprised, there had never been twin Morningstars before!

That didn't change the fact that we were though, so we were both given double names (my brother being Damien). As we grew older and our powers started to emerge, it became obvious that the full power one Morningstar could have had was split between us. I got the better end of the stick, but even so, my power waxes as Mitsu's wanes, and vice-versa; our powers are never strongest at the same time, we kind of share them. Of course, Mitsu's powers are never as strong as mine are at their strongest.

Out of habit, because we were Morningstars, everyone else started calling us by our human names, instead of by our elven one. When we were 20, our younger brother, Haruki, was born. As he was growing up, he was always jealous of the fact that everyone called us my human names, and, despite the fact that he wasn't a Morningstar, he wanted one for himself. He was always a pretty strange kid, he never really seemed to be all there, and he was really quiet, so despite the fact that everyone disapproved, we took to calling him Alexander.

Mitsu met his girl, Ryouka, when he was 35. They married when he was 40. At first, I was kind of jealous, because she was taking my brother away from me, but I grew to like her. One of my fondest memories of her is when she spent all her time at my bedside when I was sick the one time because Mistu was out on a job that took way too long.

But yes, our job. You see, every family has it's own dark secrets, and ours is the assassination business. From an early age, we were trained with weapons. I eventually decided to focus on the bow, so I'm more of a support for my brother. He's more likely to do solo missions than I am. When we were 50, disaster struck, our entire family (except for myself, Mitsu and Alexander) was massacred. Ryouka and Mitsu and her's son, Kaimu, both disappeared.

Alexander was framed for the murder, despite the fact that he would never do it, and Mitsu and I escaped to town, taking up our Elven names instead of the human ones we had been using.

Through the use of our powers, and through a lot of investigation, we finally managed to track down the person who had killed our family. It turned out he was a hired assassin, but we couldn't get him to reveal who had hired him, even with the help of our powers.

Needless to say, we killed him.

Now-a-days, we run a café in town though.

Deep in the woods, a small black cat scampered down the path. It had been quite a while since she had been able to get out of the Temple in town and out to the woods, but now, instead of just wandering through nature, or spending time with the majority of her 'siblings' by the river bank, the cat had a specific destination in mind, the Meridis tower, a mysterious tower that sat in the middle of the forest. She had heard that there was another tower just like it in the desert, but she herself had never seen it.

Finally arriving at her destination, Laura stopped in the trees and shifted back to her normal form, making sure to straighten out her black lacy dress before she exited the trees. Being careful not to catch it on any of the branches. Stalking over to the man who sat with his back resting against the shell of a giant turtle, she planted her feet firmly in front of him and placed her small hands on her slender hips. "This is the first chance I get to get out of that bloody confining structure and I have to go hunt you down? Really? The one day in ages that I get to spend with my siblings and one of them is off exploring a tower!" she scolded, very put out that she had to come search for the man, completely ignoring whatever conversation he had been having with his magical hat.

Remembering the hat, she fixed her gaze on it and a small smile spread on her face. "Hello fiddlesticks. It's a pleasure to see you. I heard you and Soiri got into trouble in town the other day." Her gaze shooting back to Soiri, she narrowed her eyes. "And you! I really do appreciate you going to get bread and tea for the others, since as a 'member of the church' it would seem strange for me to do it, but haven't you ever heard of subtlety? Must you cause a commotion Every. Single. Time. You go into town?" she demanded in exasperation.
