"Never forget what i told you. If anyone finds out what you are after, they will kill you just to keep them safe."
Markus stared at the moon for a while, replaying those words in his head. It had been 10 years to the day that he had lost his teacher to the demon army that stormed their camp. They had won the fight but at a terrible loss to markus. His companions and his teacher that day, barely escaping with his own life in the process. His teacher had banished the demons back to their own realm, but due to the nature of the spell, had instead blown them, himself included, to the dark abyss. Markus knew that from what his teacher had told him of that plane that nothing survived, especially when you were already injured from the beginning. Markus vowed to continue his search for the legendary Swords of Alaster, The Greatest Weapons master to ever live. It is said that he forged 9 swords, one for each race, and 2 spears, one for the demons and one for the elementals. These weapons had since been either lost or removed from existence. He knew where the spears where, being that he lost them to a Hell-Hunter demon named Ruuth Savage. He knew that the current king of the Orcs had the sword called Glamdring, the sword that had sent the Giants into hiding. The other 8 were a mystery that he vowed he would solve. He currently was on the hunt for the legendary sword of the Human realm, also known as Eraser. He had heard rumors that it was somewhere within the town and he wanted to get to it before any others foolishly stumbled upon it. As a Weapons master it was his sworn duty to collect the rarest weapons. He had 2 such weapons on him at that very moment. one was the sword of his father, Malestrom. This sword was supposedly his fathers before he was born. It was infused with a thunder demons bones, causing it to absorb the element from the sky when it rained. The other weapon was the Scythe of the Reaper King, the very weapon that had started him upon his journey. The scythe had the ability of earth and flame magic, which he so coveted above all other elements. He sat with his back to the forest behind him, awaiting his pet tier's return from his usual nightly hunt.
